However, the nature of cybersecurity, digital forensics, account recovery, cryptocurrency recovery, and private investigation work means that not all desired outcomes can be guaranteed in advance.
CMEIS Ltd makes no warranty, express or implied, that any specific outcome will be achieved as a result of an engagement. Where the outcome of a service is uncertain or probabilistic in nature, this will be communicated clearly to the client before any payment is made and before any work begins. Clients who proceed following such a disclosure acknowledge and accept the inherent uncertainty of the outcome.
CMEIS Ltd does not warrant that its website will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the CMEIS Ltd website is provided on an as-is basis without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CMEIS Ltd’s total liability to any client in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client to CMEIS Ltd in respect of the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
CMEIS Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with any engagement or the use of our website, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or reputational damage, even where CMEIS Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
